FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW IS ADA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER EMERGING TALENT PROGRAMS AND BOOTCAMPS?

As a free nonprofit bootcamp, we center our work around the diverse communities that need access into this industry the most. For-profit bootcamps can be cost prohibitive and often struggle to reach diversity targets as they attempt to message themselves as highly competitive and desirable, which can dissuade minorities from applying or exclude them from consideration. Our 95% placement rate, DEI training program for managers, and candidate screening process ensures our interns are successful at your company.
